How to type Spanish / Español special characters using US Keyboard?

Place to share all we know...

Simply type Alt + below Numpad sequence (not keyboard top row numerics) to get the desired character. Or more easiliy Press Control + and hold Special character ( ‘ (single quote), ~ (tild) or : (colon) ) and press the desired alphabet.

0161 – ¡

0191 – ¿

0225 – á   [ctrl + ‘ +a = á]

0233 – é   [ctrl + ‘ +e = é]

0241 – ñ  [(ctrl + ~ + n = ñ) and (ctrl + ~ + N =Ñ)]

0237 – í   [ctrl + ‘ +i = í]

0243 – ó   [(ctrl + ‘ +o = ó)]

0250 – ú      [(ctrl + ‘ +u = ú)] ; 0252 – ü [(ctrl + : +u = ü)]
